Bowden’s Eye & Associates was over the top. Everyone that I had contact with was friendly, answered all my questions and just made feel good about making the decision to come to them for my eye care. The Doctor and his staff were very thorough. One of the best eye checkups I have had in a long time. I have been going here through necessity for a year. Although Dr Bowden is great and thorough I cannot recommend him and regret starting with him. I have never waited less than 2 hours and most often it’s 4-6! Can you ever, ever imagine the disrespect for someone’s time? It’s so awful and I’m one inevitably surrounded by elderly people waiting so patiently while being forced to sit for hours on end watching Steve Harvey in uncomfortable chairs. I consider this large vision center a find! For the care of my eyes I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It was only my first visit and I was so impressed! The young lady optometrist was as thorough and pleasant as you can be, and so was Dr Robben, who explained my options thoroughly. This is a place where professionalism, empathy and friendliness are very evident.

Dr. Bowden is exceptionally thorough and highly knowledgeable in the management of cataracts and the treatment of dry eyes; the wait time is well justified by the quality of care and attention he provides. His professionalism is evident and greatly appreciated. However, some of the younger staff would benefit from demonstrating a more personable approach to better align with Dr. Bowden’s high standard of patient care.
