The mandatory follow-up felt disorganized and impersonal. All patients were scheduled at the same time, which made the process feel rushed and overcrowded rather than patient-focused. My experience was very positive. Dr. Ireland and the technicians/staff were all great. I was nervous before the procedure but it's truly pain free and goes very quick. Three days later I went for my follow-up and I have 20/20 vision. I wish I would have done it sooner!

It was a great experience from start to finish. I really appreciated that the doctor took the time to walk me through the entire LASIK procedure and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. Their calm, professional approach made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and I’m so happy with my results. I had my Lasik done on Friday, and today being Sunday I can already see as well as with my glasses. I put this off for years thinking it would be too expensive but at about $4,000 it is so worth it! The staff was great, very helpful and kind. My first consultation was on Monday, surgery on Friday so it was very quick. My only complaint is that I was not warned about the smell of the laser...
