I have been going to Clay Ehe for several years and have been extremely satisfied with everyone I’ve seen. Dr Hayes has been very thorough and has helped me tremendously. He explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand the issues and my options. I have been so pleased that I drive from Pensacola to Jacksonville when necessary. I highly recommend Dr Hayes as a glaucoma specialist.
Went here with a friend for their "Trunk Eyeglass Special." Place was pretty packed but seemed to go smoothly. They had some pretty expensive glasses for a pretty good discount. Was pretty impressed. Got in and out with 2 pairs of glasses in about an hour. Place was clean, professional and the staff were all nice & helpful.
If you have any "I" eye "I" wants or needs, go to these quality PEOPLE taking CARE of PEOPLE. They know what to do, when to do it and how to do it. Young staff are AT the quality we have always wanted. NOT that other STUFF "we don't have time or eyes for". Why so good, because the DOCTORS model the way. My DOCTOR walked the talk. So glad i switched over to Clay EYE Dr Melanie Javier! Fantastic eye doctor. The entire office personnel are wonderful and pleasant. I have not had any negative interactions with anyone in person or over the phone. Everyone is willing to help answer any FAQ. Dr Javier is very thorough with the examination. And what I like most, is she doesnt mind answering questions. She is always professional and explains in layman terms. Love this doctor!
