I went in for a consultation for lens replacement surgery. The amount of time the technician and then the dr spent with me was amazing. The knowledge and kindness exhibited by both of them (as well as front desk lady) was nothing I experienced before. When I went to pay for the long consultation I was told it was free. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable at my first appointment. Dr. Merkley answered all my questions and performed a thorough exam. The procedure was quick and I was very comfortable. After getting one eye done I was ready for the next week to get my other eye done. My vision is spot on and I can’t believe how bright and colorful everything is. I highly recommend Dr. Merkley and staff.
I have to say, this team at Merkley is on top of their game. Our appointment was amazing. The staff was super friendly yet in a professional tone. Two of us went in together and did not have to wait to be seen. We were able to do a few tests and hear what our options where and we were given pricing without a game of tug of war.
