I liked the fact that everyone made you feel welcomed. They knew what they were doing & acted professionally. The doctor that I saw last was very nice also. Shook my hand & made me comfortable. Explained things to where I could understand it all. Made me feel great.
As always..perfectly on time and warmly welcomed. A spotless attractive office peopled with the kindest of employees. There is also a feeling of confidence that the care will be seamless..and it was! Plus, these people are experts in every way. There should be no worries here. I have had the pleasure of their care for years and am so grateful for the opportunity.
Amazing customer service but plan to be here for 2 hours every time no matter what service you are receiving! we have been coming every few weeks, they get us checked in almost immediately then say doc will be in soon and do not check on us or talk to us for over an hour. people are great but this has had us considering leaving every single time.
Being in customer service for over forty+ year that is the big thing I notice. The young lady- receptionist facing the front door needs to smile and make customer feel invited and happy to see them. Now the young lady that checked me out she was very pleasant and had a beautiful happy smile. The young gentleman ran all the testing on me before I saw the doctor was a delight, made me comfort, and I know he has only been there for approximately 5 month he is a Gem ! Whoever hired him was smart and he is going to be great asset for your company. Then ...
Have been going to Eye Associates for many years. Dr. Kent has been great and devoted to care for my eye sight. Have also recently seen Taylor Webster who was genuinely interested in providing me with a new prescription for glasses. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Eye Associates.
