First class treatment from the moment you walk in the door. Thorough and complete eye exam, educating me every step of the way on the findings. I feel a great deal of confidence in the care I receive from Dr. Carlson and his staff.
Dr. Carlson explains things very well and cares a lot about acheiving the best outcome possible. For the treatment of my cataracts, I chose enhanced replacement lenses. Dr. Carlson made a recommendation based on the uniqueness of my situation. It was a good recommendation for me.
Dr.Carlson is great, He and his team are very responsive to any questions you may have. One of my eyes didn't come out great after the first procedure and he was very quick to rework the eye which came out better, but still not great. He is willing to rework it until the vision is perfect at no cost to me. I would recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Carlson was very attentive to my concerns during recent cataract surgery. He listened carefully and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Carlson carefully followed my progress and offered explanations and follow through.
They're so gentle to treat my husband his eyes exam so I was giving them the 5 stars review but only thing is the location is kinda of the far away of the back of the building.
After 2 years of research I traveled to Burnsville MN to see Dr. Carlson, and what a difference it makes when you work with people who are truly interested in you health and well being. From the staff when I first arrived to the finish of the procedure, I at 68yrs old have never had such quality, concern, and overall care from start to finish. I truly recomend to facilty for you optical care, they are the best. I drove 500 miles to this facility and have no problem in doing it again! This is what health care should be like.
