Downright terrible customer service experience. I got lasik here about 2 years ago and it’s been months of trying to get billing sorted. They sent me a bill with no explanation several months after my last checkup which is supposed to be covered under the initial lasik surgery payment. It’s been absolutely impossible to communicate with them to get answers on this bill. The clinic says billing works from home so it’s impossible to just go see them, the don’t answer the phone, and don’t answer emails in an even remotely timely fashion. I both don’t know ...

My first appt at this clinic. All went well as I found a friendly staff, appealing environment and the appointment with Doc Samuelson brought a secure feeling. He came across as honest and caring as he explained the probable surgery and listed my options. It was a very good experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Minnesota Eye Consultants. I originally called to schedule an appointment approximately two weeks ago and was given an appointment in July. The following day, I called back and was able to get an earlier appointment, which gave me hope that I would finally be able to get some answers regarding my vision issues. I was very satisfied with my follow up examination from Dr. Fahmey. She took time to explain in plain English every step she was taking during my exam. She answered all of my questions and it was a pleasure to have her perform my examination.

Dr. Mona Fahmy is wonderful. Very professional and thorough. The receptionist Aubryn was very short, curt & rude when we were making our return appts. Perhaps she needs a job change......

I had cataract surgery last year and I can’t’ be more delighted. Being able to see distance and close-up once again without glasses is a gift that keeps on giving. Thank you. My follow-up appointment was thorough with vision scans, detailed sight tests and discussions about my eyesight with each test. Dr. Hobbs explains every step so that I feel comfortable and safe. This procedure is detailed and impressive in scope. As questions come up I get a responsive answer. I feel heard and respected.
