I had a very positive experience with Dr. DeBry and his staff during my first visit yesterday. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. My appointment was 9:10 am and I got there 9:05 am. Check in at the kiosk and was done before 9:10 am. I waited for 30-35 minutes before they called me and went to the exam room, and then to another waiting room which I waited for another 15 minutes. Finally went to the surgery room and Dr Debry did an amazing job. He was very professional and confident. The medical assistants are friendly and accommodating. I can't say much about the front desk. I think they need more training in regards to customer service. Sorry I can't do 5 star due to the waiting ...

I've been with Dr. DeBry over 14 years. His new Rose St location facilitates a smooth appointment experience. It's wonderful to see familiar faces reflecting staff retention and compassionate skill. It's terrific to be able to track my disease process thru the years on the computer with his explanation. Dr. DeBry is very gentle, always responds to my questions, while showing a personal interest in me. His waiting rooms are very comfortable and usually entertain with beautiful nature slides and movies.
