I was a new patient, but my experience felt like I was a patient for years. Great technology , Very knowledgeable Technicians. Everyone was friendly and cordial. The Doctor was Awesome. I made a great choice for eye care.

I flew across the country to meet with Dr Legaretta after seeing one of his videos on cataract surgery to get a second opinion. His expertise, in my case, for my specific dry eye issue was invaluable. I finally received advise and clarity that two other doctors had missed. His staff was also very accommodating and professional. It was well worth the time to travel for his recommendation.
My husband had 1015a appt. After he had appropriate tests done by staff, he returned to waiting room to wait for doctor. It was doctor's first day back from vacation. It's now after 1p and he isn't home yet. Apparently, the doctor's time is more valuable than his patients! (The people who pay him!)
They call me for eye exam so that i can get a new classes with new prescription. When i arrived they took me to different room. Then after 2 room i set for 20 mins. Then another nurse came she took me to another 1 room. And again she said wait to see the final Doctor. So outside i wait for 15 mins. Then 1 nurse took me to Doctor room and told me that doctor will come. But guess what i sat for 40 mins inside doctor room but no body came. So i gone out to ask them that i am sitting from pass 40 mins now i am tied. Then they told seat now doctor will come. ...
This place has to be a joke. The male receptionist is awful. He is so rude and unhelpful whatsoever. He even had his name tag upside down when I went to check in. Unprofessional. The entire staff honestly is just awful. I ordered 6 months worth of contacts and paid over $300 for them. I had someone pick them up for me because I work during their hours. They handed the person who had picked it up for me, 3 months worth of contacts and said this is all they have for me. I ORDERED 6 MONTHS WORTH AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR. I am ...
