I had to go because of a complications with my cataract surgery. I was in there 2 hours, which is way too long for an eye exam, lens exam and consultation. If they know it's going to be 2 hrs the patient will be there,they should space out appointments better. I'm glad I don't go there for a routine eye exam.
Love Cornerstone. Never feel rushed and valued. Val, the optician, was wonderful and helped me make smart decisions about glasses. Dr. Clarke is amazing! She takes the time you need to get a great prescription. She is an awesome eye doctor!
Valerie was so kind, helpful and patient while I picked out my glasses. I feel that she needs a bigger desk though, she has nowhere to rest her arms or write!
CAUTION: Saw Ying Qian 10/2016 who prescribed overly strong steroids Prednisone Acetate for a mild eye irritation which caused sudden milky vision/halos and eye pressure to rise to 30s. I am sure the excessive pressure caused leakage within the eye. Needed emergency treatment to lower pressure. Ended up getting Ptosis (droopy eye) for about 2-3 months and it was absolutely terrifying to have the sudden milky vision and then the droopy eye. The warning sheet for Prednisone Acetate states Ptosis as a risk in some people. After leaving Ying Qian the next ...

I have been a patient at Cornerstone for many years and have never had any issue with the staff or services at any of their locations. Most recently I had cataract surgery on both eyes at the Cornerstone Surgery Center. The facility is immaculate and the staff is extremely caring and efficient; they work fast, yet take time to ensure that the patient is totally comfortable and informed of every step throughout the process.
