Kris in the optical shop. Is the absolute best person ever. I have two pairs of broken glasses she married them together. I will be back in to have new glasses done after a brief hospital stay she made these glasses that I have purchased there like new. I have never had some one hand customer service in such a way thank you. This has changed my life
The team here took great care of me from start to finish! Kristen was with me from my first appointment all the way through the procedure, the day after she saw me in the waiting room for my post op and I got a smile and wave. Dr. Lindahl was also great, he made me feel so comfortable the day of my procedure. I couldn’t be happier with the team I had and the final result, I have 20/15 vision now after coming in with such a strong prescription. I highly recommend coming here for any procedure but especially LASIK.
Just completed cataract surgery. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Lindahl, Beth and all other staff who scheduled, prepped, assisted, and followed-up. The Surgery Center is top notch as are the nurses and anesthesiologist. Before I couldn't read street signs until I was right on them. I can't tell you how many times I had to double back. Now it is no problem and colors are clear. Cataracts come on so slowly I didn't realize how my eye sight was affected. Looking forward to a higher quality of life. Thanks everyone.
Everyone that works there is friendly and professional. I had surgery and other appointments there and they're been timely. Everything has happened exactly as they described; they have systems and routines in place where everything happens as expected. I highly recommend these professionals.
Well I needed cataract surgery and read a lot of views only a few bad ones you could tell it didn’t reflect towards this company so I made an appointment and I that went very well came into a friendly staff and I had all my answers answered I had both eyes done I was nervous because you only have one set of eyes went to surgery hardly any pain afterwards just stay away from the sun after visits into the office they checked me over everything was perfect the staff almost b ed my over backwards for you I thank you Dr L , Beth and Ortiz and the lady at the ...
