I drive 70 miles to come to Robbins Eye. My wife and I were patients in their Hornell office. They were forced to close that office, but because of the care, knowledge and the professionalism of the doctors and staff, we did not want to go anywhere else! You will never regret choosing Robbins Eye!
I had a very frustrating experience with this eye care office. I scheduled my appointment in 2025, when this practice was still accepting my insurance, for an 8:00 AM visit. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that as of January 2026 they no longer accept my insurance. This change was never communicated to me in advance, which immediately raised concerns. When I tried to ask why I wasn’t notified ahead of time especially since my appointment was made while they were still in-network the receptionist stated that they “don’t verify ...
