I am ultimately tired of the poor service at this clinic. They continue to call the day before to inform us that the authorization expires as of we can do something about it. This has happened for years 2020 to be exact and it’s been over a year since we’ve actually seen the doctor. Meanwhile the patient , my son hasn’t been seen and we don’t know the status of his eyes. It will take well over another year before he’s seen. Someone needs to do something about this clinic. Why can’t you review files for the next 6 months and call and ask for a referral or ...
Complete and total inability to answer of their phones all day long, nor give me any notice of the scheduled time for surgery. And - favorite part - their system asks one to wait for a survey after calling, but then hangs up. 🙄
First, parking for this entire complex is horrid. If you are lucky enough to find a spot in the garage, then be prepared to wait 1+ hours past your appointment time to see the eye Dr. No reason for this except for poor management and patient over booking. My mom is 94 years old and doesn't need this poor treatment.
Worst patient care service I have ever been forced to endure in medical care. You will be forced to wait hours between seeing one person and the next so that what should take less than an hour will result in your being forced to be here four to eight hours every time you have to come to this place. This consistently horrible delayed service will also result in your having to pay out an additional eight dollars for the privilege of parking at this terrible center. This rating is meant to be for the front desk assistant who proceeded to walk outside to the front to tell me I was parked in an EMS zone. She THREATENED me by saying she would call security and have my car TOWED, after I explained to her that I was there to PICK UP my friend who is a) handicapped and b) uses an oxygen tank and I was not about to park in the parking lot just to pick him up. After I moved from the spot, I noticed other cars parking in the exact same spot, but SHE DIDN'T COME OUT & SAY ANYTHING TO THEM!!! I wasn't parking there, btw. I was ...
