I’ve been a patient here for over 12 years and the service in the past year has diminished so rapidly that I think it might be time for Dr Dornic to retire. He’s not keeping an eye on the customer service aspect of his business, maybe his only priority is taking care of the Hurricanes… I’m not sure. I had my annual eye exam a month or so ago and I was given my RX for my contacts but not my glasses. Staff very polite and helpful. Have seen Dr Dornic in the past and was well satisfied with his care which is why I continue to return to his practice. I recommend him for your eye care needs.
Had a first ever eye infection in 70 + years. Got a next day after contact appointment. Dr Dornic quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed a medication and in home treatment remedy. 4 days later I'm pretty much normal in that eye. His office was very busy but I didn't have an excessive wait. He and his staff were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this practice if you are having eye problems.
I have a cochlear implant with a processor that hangs. over my ear like many hearing aid. With the addition of eyeglasses; Zi was having pain behind the ear. I went back to Churchill Opticsl where a friendly, sympathetic associate was able to adjust the glasses and add better nose pads and the problem is solved.
