Exam did not provide prescription when leaving office. Call to ? indicated that there was a fee of $70! Why have an exam if I can't get prescription. That makes no logical sense. I was not advised of this at exam Never had to pay elsewhere. Have sent complaint to Aetna. They indicated that you should provide prescription. They intend to call you. They advised that I am due a prescription without a fee. Was that wasted time in your office? Please have practice manager call me about this. Raleigh Eye Center is the best. My mom is a patient there. When my mom had surgery we met this young lady name Paula, who is the surgical coordinator. She literally welcomed us with open arms. While scheduling my mom's surgery, we got to talking about the surgery and other things. We also had plenty of laughs and giggles.She was beyond polite, very knowledgeable about her job, and she also found a spot to move my mama's surgery to a earlier date. I had such an amazing experience at this location! Dr. Boycott was very nice and kind. Michelle was amazing and helped me thru wearing contacts and i appreciate her so much!! Taliyah was also very nice and kind!! Very amazing workers had to give them all a shoutout!

I’ve been a patient of The Raleigh Eye Center for 40+ years. I’ve always had a great experience here. Dr. Boliek is my primary doctor now but have needed the pediatric physicians for my daughter. All of the doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative staff have been wonderful. I have recommended this practice to friends as I feel the experience and professionalism at The Raleigh Eye Center is the best!

Raleigh Eye center has really left a bad taste in my mouth. My grandfather was referred her for eye surgery . Dr Vinn seemed really caring and compassionate at the consultation and that very quickly changed after arriving for surgery at 10 am and appointment was at 10:20. We sat in the waiting area for about 10 mins then they registered us in and took us to the back to sit there until 2:30 before he had surgery. I understand things happen but this was ridiculous. I've been going to Raleigh Eye Center every 6 months for several years now. I always have a good experience. Dr. Vin is excellent, as is the rest of the staff. Today I had an unusual and time sensitive question I needed an answer to before my appointment tomorrow morning. When I called the main line, Ashley went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed and put my mind at ease. If you're in need of an ophthalmologist, I highly recommend Raleigh Eye Center.
