This was my son’s first formal eye exam and he had the best experience here. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and even gave my daughter an activity book to work on while we waited. Dr. Kenkel was extremely kind and honest with us. I have never trusted a practitioner more and will be switching over to him myself! Great place!
Dr. Kenkel is a highly thorough and exceptionally personable physician. I wholeheartedly recommend him to all.
I saw a different provider than I typically see at this office. However, I was very pleased with the experience. The doctor was very friendly and personable. He was very also thorough with explaining everything that he was doing and the implications every step of the way. The visit seemed a lot easier and less stressful than it has been in the past for me as I tend to have a hard time looking at the projected charts.
Really frustrated about my experience today. I carved time out of my schedule for an appointment, and I confirmed it ahead of time through their texting system. When I showed up they said they had canceled my appointment because I had not confirmed. But I did confirm. And then they were rude with me and treated me extremely poorly. I have been a faithful patient of Dr. Kenkel's for over 10 years. He is a good eye doctor, but his staff is so terrible I cannot go back. Really frustrating.
Dr. Timothy I had an appointment with this Branch and I had the most rude and disrespectful attitude ever from their front desk people and the lady that was supposed to help me lied on me and made me wait for more than 45 minutes before she’s telling me make another appointment since we can’t get you in today…! I can say this branch should give these people working on front desk more trainings to make them at least act respectable and more human than what they do right now! This is Disappointing!
