Loved the professional services that were rendered. All of your employees deserve a raise. Your staff is awesome. Be careful not to loose any of them. All of them are really true gems. They could teach other offices how to welcome patients into an establishment and render services. Everyone who walks through your doors are treated equally with professionalism, a smile and even with a bit of laughter. I definitely would recommend the services of your office to others.
I love this place!!! The ladies at the front desk are a pure bundle of joy!!! They're loving, sweet, kind, and knowledgeable - everything that an aching heart wants and needs. Although my follow-up visit is next year, if I'm in the area, I'm definitely gonna stop in just to say, "Hi!" The other members of yhis team are equally amazing and professional. This review is for Nashville. As new patient transfered over from another vicinity, the front staff was rude. 1st of all I was told my files were not transferred. Why didn't anybody notify me? I had the appointment. 2nd, I was told that because I was a new patient there was a fee of $100. I've never heard of that. Am I supposed to subcomb to this and agree that this is ok? No. My issue is that no one notified me of these ridiculous ongoings. I guess you are just supposed to show up and say, "oh okay, that sounds great, I'll do it." Because they feel ...
I had Dr Goodman and he was great. Very professional but caring at the same time. For this was a miracle surgery as I was considered legally blind when I showed up there. Thanks for restoring my eye sight now I can see for the first time in my life without glasses and still struggling to see.
Great experience! Staff was really great from the front desk to the tech..to the Dr.and the office manager that set everything up answering all questions and resolving any issues I may have had concerning wat.. wen n where about my procedure... more than pleased in how they handle people and how great the office function...
