The clinic runs extremely far behind. Waiting for an hour (or more) when you have an 8 am appointment is extremely frustrating. This is not a knock on the actual providers or their professionalism, but the clinic needs to get their organization together.
Dr. Melissa Toyos truly cares about her patients. I had a scare with one of my eyes and was able to get in same-day as a brand new patient. It was a later appointment, and I could tell she had seen many patients that day, but I got top quality attention. She was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgable.
