My experience was superb. The front desk lady that checked me in was just wonderful. She was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I walked into the office. She has a nice smile that makes you feel good inside. Marco, the attending Ophthalmology technician was also friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
Before choosing Dr Irshad and his staff I already knew 2 others who had very good experiences re cataract removal and lens replacements. After my procedures all of that was confirmed for me. All my questions and concerns were timely addressed. They did not disappoint. After about one month I m very pleased with 20/20 vision in both eyes. I highly recommend them for your eye care.
The receptionist was amazing; it was my first time seeing her at the office - exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. The assistant that did all the tests was equally pleasant and courteous. Dr. Irshad took his time to explain the tests to me, did a comparison with my last visit‘s results and gave his recommendations without pressuring me into any decision right away. I have been going to this eye clinic for several years now, and I will recommend it to anyone without any hesitation.
When I became a candidate for cataract surgery I went to Dr.Farhan Irshad. My whole experience with him was A+. In the beginning I was a bit nervous but knew I needed the cataracts removed. I was tired of seeing life through a yellow cloud. Dr. Irshad explained the whole process. Once scheduled I couldn’t wait until my procedure day! The procedure was performed in the clinic- no IVs, no anesthesia. I was made comfortable and Dr Irshad talked to me during the whole process. So I knew what I would be feeling next. Would I recommend Dr. Irshad? Absolutely!! ...
I’m still baffled at how my surgery 5 years ago cost me a magnitude less in cost than it would have costed me in Houston. I first came to Sharpevision for my double digit prescription. After my ICL surgery, it was nice to see in the shower or wake up in bed being able to see across the room; things I hadn’t been able to do since entering elementary school. And it’s just more convenient to not need an extra pair of prescription sunglasses or not have to poke my eye in the morning with contacts while I’m still half asleep.
