I called firsts in the morning to make an appointment for "flashes" - Paula triaged the situation and was able to have an appointment for me at 10 AM - very kind. RJ recognized me and my husband as we were just there in June for our annual exams and RJ knew us by name and seemed to recall previous conversations - made us feel unique and special. As always, Dr. Feuerman was professional and calmed my nerves about the flashes and my vision. Much appreciation for all. Kelly
I believe I waited about 35 minutes after my appointment time before being called back. Amari did the first scan and was great. RJ (?) handled the rest and was awesome--very thorough, knowledgeable, great mannerism. Dr. Feuermann (sp?) was also awesome--explained the results of all of my images clearly. I'm really glad to have found this location and staff.
I am a new patient, 75 years old & met Dr. Annie Chan & was extremely pleased with her professional knowledge, friendly nature. I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions & provided me with proper guidance.
I normally see Dr. Feuerman, but had to get in right away and the staff was very kind and helpful and wanted to get me in asap. So...I got an appt. the next day. I have never seen Dr. Ross, but I was happy to see him and he gave me a lot of information and advice concerning my vision. He was very thorough and kind.
Dr. Smith is a wonderful human being who shows kindness and compassion for his patients. We are thankful for his care for our mother. He answers all our questions with patience and clarity and our family has great trust in him and his team.
