Dr. Restivo has been monitoring my glaucoma for a couple of years. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The staff are efficient and thorough. The front office is very helpful in getting patients in and out in a timely fashion. I have found my experience to be overall pleasant and I have absolutely no reservations on the quality of care that I am receiving.
The whole staff, from the reception desk to the surgeon, is friendly and welcoming. The procedure for cataract removal was well explained and I knew what to expect. The testing was thorough and my options were offered in writing, giving me time to choose what was right for me. The before care and after care was excellent. Dr. Restivo, the surgeon, is very skilled and my results were better than expected. I know cataract surgery is only part of the services they offer and I would not hesitate to go to Hill Country Eye Center for any future needs.
Dr. Restivo did my lasik procedure and Dr. Welding did my consolation and follow up appointments. Both doctors were a delight and even though I was a little uneasy about the laser surgery, they made me feel comfortable and confident with the procedure. Dr. Restivo and his nurses, Jodi and Mindy kept me relaxed through the whole surgery. I'm very happy with the results! I wish I'd done it sooner.
I never realized how cataracts restricted my vision until Dr. Restivo performed his magical surgery. I never thought anything like this was really possible. Of course the support staff at the Surgery Center were thoughtful, courteous, and kind. Each one acted like I was an important patient and I was treated with the utmost care.
Dr. Restivo recently performed cataract surgery on me. Every step on the way, pre and post up, he and everybody else at Hill Country Eye Center have been very friendly and helpful. They've been patiently answering my questions and addressing my concerns, sometimes doing much more to help me than I would have imagined.
