The staff were very helpful. I was seen by Dr. Gallardo who is very knowledgeable and friendly and I was out in 1 hour total. He is one of the few El Paso doctors who respected my time.
Staff members are completely rude to patients, specially my wife. Others have said the same thing. I’ve already filed a grievance with Tri-Care. If you do have Tri-Care find another in-network provider. Do not get care from this facility.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gallardo and his staff treat you like you are the only patent they have to see that day. ♡ :)
They never answer the phone calls their lunch is from.12 to 1 and it is 20 minutes past 1300 hrs and still.dont answer. They return your messages few days after you call. This is unacceptable
