I have been going to this facility for a very long time as I have Glaucoma and of course I checks per year. Their state of the art everyone is very kind and accommodating Especially Dr. Danny Matthews, who explains everything thoroughly! I’m a nurse so I like the best!!! They also surprise me this morning with the new machine For Glaucoma testing which I’m extremely fond of over and above the other, which was also state of the art… Thank you for serving us on the south end of Fort Worth!
Outstanding service by Dr. Chu. He carefully explained all his observations and provided clear answers to all my questions. I enjoyed is professional demeanor and friendly customer service skills. I will definitely be using him and Chu Eye Works again.
My experience at Chu Eyeworks was excellent. If there’s room for improvement it’s their online appointment website. The doctor I used previously, Mathews, wasn’t listed on their website so I wasn’t able to select him. I assumed he left the practice but when I asked during my appointment I was told his name was bumped off when they added another doctor. Also, there’s a dropdown menu where you select the reason for your visit. I checked General Eye Exam assuming my eyes would be dilated but I found out that wasn’t the case so I have to go back for that to ...
If I could, I would actually give zero stars. My husband went in for an eye exam because they are on the VSP Insurance list. The exam went fine, but the problem started when he went to order his glasses. My husband's vision is great and the only thing he needs are readers, which he normally just buys at the drugstore. He decided to go with the prescription that she gave him. Of course, when he went to purchase, they upsold him, so he ended up getting progressives, which he absolutely did not need and the latest eye appointment he just had this week at ...
Vinessa was so helpful! She stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed. Getting my daughter and a new pair of glasses and contacts for the first time was a breeze at Eyeworks!!
I am an MD who had bilateral cataract surgery by Dr. Chu recently. I was quite impressed with Dr. Chu's expertise and his low key bedside manner. His staff at the clinic on W 7th is top notch as well. Highly recommended!
