Going in i was little nervous. It started to ease during my first interaction with the recepoinist at checking in. Very friendly and informative. Just got better at each step alone the entire process all the to the very last post op appointment some 1.5 months later. Very pleased and thankful to all who I can in contact with throughout. From the front desk to the moment the doctor walked in, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. They didn't just focus on my vision they took the time to educate me about ways to strengthen and protect my eyesight, including helpful tips, exercises, and even little insights about healthy eating habits ...

Had appointment today was not very happy with the visit, staff were nice. I issue with the Dr. Barke. I was not there for a routine visit was there for other reasons. He did address my issues all he said everything was fine and said we all have dry eye ,after I asked him about my symptoms,his response we all have dry eye issues, I was not there for everyone issues, I was there for mine. I don't even think he read my chart. Loved Key-Whitman ,trusted them with my eyes.when I was ready for the Laser treatment. But never again will I go to the Arlington ...

Great location in south Arlington. Doctor Mingi Choi and staff were very friendly and professional, however when I finished my appointment, no one at the front desk asked me if I wanted to see frame glasses. The front desk person just checked me out and said see you in a year. This was a weird situation a least for me since this has never happened before. Needless to say they missed a good sale…

Key-Whitman staff was superb. I had zero issues dealing with them. They were very knowledgeable and professional when dealing with us. I would totally recommend them to anyone searching for help for their eyes.

I am extremely deeply disappointed and shaken by the way I was treated during my visit here for a papilledema evaluation. From start to finish, the behavior of the staff and physician was wildly unprofessional. During preliminary testing, the technician spoke to me in an incredibly condescending tone, treating me like a small child rather than an adult patient.
