I recently visited Dr. Michael Blair at Paragon Eye Associates for a cataract surgery consultation. This was my first time in the office, and I was impressed by how quickly I was seen. The testing process prior to seeing the doctor was efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, however, when I raised my severe allergy to what would be a post-surgical eye drop, the only answer Dr Ford gave was that there is no alternative, and that if I came in for a post-op with my eyes red due to underuse of the drop, he would simply have me use it even more frequently to address the inflammation. On 5/08/2026, I called the office and left a voicemail requesting to schedule an appointment. I received a callback on 5/11/2026 at 9:28 a.m., and the receptionist informed me that Dr. Baker was unavailable for the next two weeks. She stated that she could scheduled me for the next available appointment, which I was told was on Friday, 5/29 at 9:20 am.
