The entire experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions without hesitation and clearly. The day of the procedure was smooth and quick. From check in to check out was about 30 minutes, far less than I was expecting. The dr talked me through each step as they were happening which helped with any anxiety I had going into it that day. The aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I would reccomend this facility to anyone thinking about Lasik.
This was my first time going to a lasik consultation. I was greeted at the front desk by an awesome representative. She was very friendly, professional and kind. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and supportive. They ensured they were very thorough with the education and bedside manners. To go from being fully dependent on glasses and contacts to nothing at all has been a blessing. I am so thankful and grateful for everyone who worked with me from the virtual consultation to every staff member in the facility!
I came in for a consultation and ended up having the procedure done the same day! The entire process was quick and smooth, and I was amazed to be able to see clearly without glasses again. I had a great experience at the LASIK Vision Institute. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Everything went really smooth and way faster than I expected. I was nervous at first, but they explained everything so well and made me feel relaxed. My recovery has also been really quick, and I’m so happy with my vision. After wearing glasses for 8 years, it feels amazing to finally see clearly without them. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about getting LASIK.
