Thank you too Dr Nelson and his team for treating my mother with respect, making her feel comfortable and caring for her needs! My ONLY issue is the lady at the front desk.... I don't appreciate getting yelled at when we walked in. My mother is elderly and came in with a walker. It was obvious she needed to sit down and the lady at the front desk felt the need to yell at us because WE didn't wait....
Dr Nelsen and his staff top notch!!! From the receptionist to the time i got in the car to leave. Best bedside manner i have been given in years. At every step of the process. Best of all i can see again even just a couple hours after surgery. 5 stars all the way
Excellent experience with LASIK! Dr Nelson and his team were helpful from start to finish and made me feel super comfortable. They explained the procedure fully and provided thorough post op instructions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting LASIK but maybe nervous on what to expect.
I had surgery on one of my eyes to remove cataracts yesterday and I am very happy with the results. I found Dr Nelson and the staff to be very kind and compassionate people. I was impressed by how they scheduled multiple patients in a group allowing them to serve blocks of patients within the same time interval. I found this to be a very enjoyable experience where we, the patients, bonded and reassured each other throughout the process.
