They take great care of my mom when she goes here. Always friendly and through. I needed my glasses limb fixed because it lost a screw and the lady in the eye center fixed it for me in 2 minutes! They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. I’ll be back as a customer because of how they treat mom and how they helped me.

I have made several attempts to call the office, left multiple messages, called and requested administration transferred to unknown voicemail, and not once have been called back. Mine and my spouses appointments have been rescheduled multiple times despite making appointments well in advance. No one ever answers the phone. The phone prompts only send you to a voicemail and the 1 time I spoke to a human and requested a supervisor I was immediately sent to voicemail. I was here yesterday for a cornea check. My first time and I feel happy. From the check in until check out I was pampered, valued and received a great attention. All the process they explain me very well, including talk in Spanish. That talk about the amazing preparation the person was with me all the process. I recommend this place and the team for the kindness and knowledge.

My doctor and his staff are wonderful. I very much appreciate the good care that I receive from them. The front desk staff as well as the staff member who performs visual field tests could benefit from some customer service training. At times, they are rude and unprofessional to the point of being an embarrassment. It’s not clear who is “in charge” of office administration. I’d be happy to provide detailed examples. There is definitely room for improvement.

I called trying to make an appointment, the receptionist said hello, I gave her my information and she just hung up. I tried to call back and sat on hold for 10 mins before being sent to voicemail. If I can't trust the receptionist to schedule an appointment how can I trust the doctors to be thorough with my concerns? Looking for a different ophthalmologist office now.

Great experience and very nice place. Doctor was very good and honest. I fully expected any eye place I went to would try to sell me glasses and say I needed them no matter what my tests showed. But the doctor here honestly stated that I do not need prescription glasses and sent me on my way happy to keep using readers when I need them.
