Dr. Stuckey did a wonderful job with my cataract surgery. He is a top notch doctor and his staff is very friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so excited to see so clearly. Better than I could see with my glasses before surgery. I recommend Dr. Stuckey and his staff.
My disabled son was given a 9:30 appointment and when we arrived at 9:17 am, we were given paperwork to complete. Before turning in the paperwork the receptionist advised us to reschedule because per the doctor our appointment was at 9 and he would not be able to see him. I understand scheduling and time management but the facts are I was told 9:30 by the scheduler, and that should have been honored. I really feel he was denied service for other reasons but whose to say.
50/50 on this place. Took a total of 2 hours just to get a yearly eye exam, and there weren’t many other patients in the office while I was there (although more came through throughout my wait). It was really easy to make an appointment, and they mailed new patients forms to fill out and bring in so you didn’t have to fill it out there, which I appreciated. They were clean, and I liked my doctor a lot. Will be going back, but think perhaps the younger people need to be a little more professional.
I've been here 5 times. Every time I go in ladies at the sign in desk always look like they hate their job and are very snobby. The ladies that do the glasses are awesome.Their always smiling and greet you when you walk in. The other ones at sign in need to take a lesson from them or quit their job since they seem so unhappy. Dr. Stuckey was nice and everyone in back was nice as well. Glad I only see them once a year.
