Had the most awesome experience from the moment I checked in to my visit from all the various services. Everyone was professional, thorough, very pleasant and just a joy to have Williamson Eye Clinic the place for my vision care. I thank God for all those that serviced me. Yes, I enjoyed my visit even though I did not like or want to take the Glaucoma test which tests your peripheral vision. However, Nurse Gavin has been GREAT. He contacted me and explained what would take place for the test. And Nurse Morgan is so calming and reassuring, she made me feel like I could pass the test! I wanted to just for her!😀. My Dr. Mitchell is So Awesome! Very comforting and explains everything about your eyes in detail. She is a Blessing!! Have to go see my doctor today for a diabetes eye test. Love the people that works there. The staff are super nice and friendly. A shout out to Miss Morgan she was great in taking care of me.
Staff and Dr’s were very friendly and didn’t rush the appointment. Preliminary exam was smooth and very thorough. She answered all my questions and explained the process so it was easy to understand. Dr. Blake was also kind and courteous. Explained what my issues were and explained solutions in an easy manner. Scheduling was easy and the literature that was given to me had all the answers I was looking for.
