Very kind, professional and helpful in examining my eyes and advising on/demonstrating night-time eye-taping for preventing dry-eye complications due to a bout of Bell's palsy. I usually see Dr. Ramsey but Nicole was able to fit me into her schedule on an urgent basis.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a local clinic that answers the phone when you call? Yes, I get that online scheduling is a thing, but sometimes talking to a human for 5-10 minutes saves a lot of time and money... Tried on and off for an hour, the main number just rolls to voicemail. :( I guess that outsourcing thing is having an impact on patient service.
Dr. Sheffer does a great job. She is kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the team is great too.
