I had a great experience at Eye Consultants, PC. I called because I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye and they got me in within an hour. The doctor was great, got it removed quickly, and made the whole process easy. Everyone was friendly and the visit was fast from start to finish. I really appreciate how quickly they got me taken care of. Highly recommend.
I was seen promptly with a very minimal wait. The support staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Townley was great as usual. He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and gave thoughtful considered responses. He was very knowledgeable and caring - a true professional.
I called late in the day because of an eye issue, my Dr Havens was booked who is awesome, they got me in with Dr Dole who was great explained everything very detailed. I felt confident and well taken care if. The receptionist are always nice as well as the medical assistants who bring you back.
I like the reminders on my phone of the upcoming appointment. The appointment was on time and very professional. The staff were very Polite and professional in their instructions. I’m 90 years old and I really appreciated the gentle care in getting me through the examination. My return appointment is in one year and I know I can contact the office at any time if I have problems with my sight before then.
My visit was thorough and streamlined. I didn’t ever spend more than 5 minutes waiting for the next part of my appointment. All of the techs were fantastic and knowledgeable. My doctor took the time to explain my condition and options. So thankful for his expertise. Highly recommend!
