My experience was great at Omaha Eye and Laser! The person who did my testing was very polite, professional, instructed me in the tests and what they were for and what to expect. Dr. Conde was also very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained what was going on with my eyes and why it was happening. And the person who checked me out was informative and explained my upcoming appointments, and what to do for preparing for those appointments. It was a great first visit!

We had such a great experience with my fiancé LASIK procedure. From the moment we walked in, check-in was smooth and the entire staff was incredibly personable and welcoming. Our pre-op nurse, Mandy, was absolutely amazing. She made him feel comfortable right away, explained everything thoroughly, and really helped calm any nervousness. Dr. Thomas saved my eyesight when I was experiencing retinol bleeding. I have been under his care for over 3yrs and I am doing great. The entire staff of nurses and receptionists are wonderful. First off, I want to say that Omaha Eye & Laser did an amazing job on my LASIK procedure several years back. Fast forward to now, I am very unhappy with a recent experience I had from checkin, to my interaction with the ophthalmic assistant/technician, all the way to my visit with the Ophthalmologist. I’ve had the opportunity to visit twice, Omaha Eye & Laser Institute in the last month. Scheduling of an appointment was speedy. I needed that due to an eye issue. I visit Dr Jessica Liu who was knowledgeable and personable. I needed assistance from Dr William Thomas, and was scheduled quickly for an exam. Both visits were timely. Just Do It….. I honestly don’t even know where to start because this experience was incredible. Being able to wake up and actually see clearly without having to reach for glasses or deal with contacts is something you don’t fully appreciate until you experience it.
