Very chaotic office. I was referred to this office for an urgent eyelid surgery. After two months and multiple follow ups, and not hearing back from them, I tried their online appointment system, I was able to pick the correct provider and to my surprise I was able to make an appointment for two days after! I wrote the reason for my visit on their app when scheduling the appointment but obviously no one cared to read it or question me if that’s what I actually needed. No one cared to ask me why I needed an appointment and why I was there. They just ...

This is a top-notch clinic. Everyone is warm and friendly. The doctors are professional and the best in their business. A+ rating on everything from staff, cleanliness, and communication! Heck, I was greeted after my procedure with warm, chocolate chip cookies! That's better than a lollipop! I would return here in a minute for any other future procedures!
