My experience was great! So thankful to have found an option that fit well for us. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. It’s fascinating to have the great vision with out the need to put contacts in or wear glasses. I’m so thankful. It’s been such a positive experience for me and affordable.
I had a great experience with my Lasik Plus team from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which really put me at ease. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for the entire time. What stood out the most was the follow up care, it was truly phenomenal. They made sure I was healing properly and continued to check in, which showed how much they genuinely care about their patients!
They canceled my appointment 15 mins prior to surgery because the surgeon was unable to make it in. And the only offer was drive to Des Moines or reschedule 3 weeks out. Reading the reviews seems like a common occurrence. The pre op was done virtually and never saw a doctor physically to look over my measurements. I went to another place in town by miracle hills where I saw multiple doctors for pre op, post op and the surgery was extremely professional and all for $100 more than here. Your vision is a big investment so pick right is all I can say….
Awesome experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone including the doctors helped to put any worries about the procedure I had away. Would recommend to anyone considering lasik!
Staff here are wonderful!! I had me through each portion I could not have done it without them. The doctor is excellent. It was amazing that even just the morning afterward, being able to read 12 point type without eyeglasses. Would recommend this place wholeheartedly.
My experience at Lasik Plus was excellent! The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was worried about trusting my eyes to just anyone but I am so glad I trusted Dr. Ellis! I had vision correction in August and could immediately see 20/20! It was amazing! It is December now and I just had my eyes checked. Guess what? 20/20 with both eyes. I am thrilled and encourage anyone who has been putting this off to do it!
