I arrived about 10min early for a new patient appointment today. I was immediately greeted warmly by Tammy, who helped me check in and ensure all my insurance info was correct (and later kindly explained some options for me as she arranged payment). There were a couple of other people sitting in the waiting area as well and I got called back pretty much exactly at my appointment time. I didn’t get the nurse’s name tag because my glasses were off for most of that part lol, but she was lovely and even brought me a cup of water after the dilating part. Dr. ...
Just had our eye exams at Broadway Eye Clinic with Dr. Stephen’s and her staff. We have been coming here for a couple years now and are always happy with our experience. They are always super nice and so helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.
I was extremely impressed with Broadway, Eye Center. The staff is very friendly. My husband had a stroke and he’s nonverbal and so it’s very difficult to know what his vision really is. They were so accommodating and ran multiple tests, being very thorough. Dr. Lynch was amazing in her approach and patience with my husband. My husband loved her.. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of him.
Dr Lynch was amazing! Seriously the best and most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Plus, she was kind and empathetic. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Excited for my new glasses and to see how the prism lens will help my vision. I highly recommend Broadway Eye Clinic!
