I saw Dr Bird for a regular yearly eye exam. He was very warm, friendly and kind and put me at ease. He was able to explain potentially concerning information I was given by a previous provider from a different office regarding the health of my eyes and really put me at ease. I feel confident in his knowledge and expertise and felt very comfortable with his care. We absolutely love this eye doctor! He is fantastic with my kids and has a way of making them feel comfortable, heard, and at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate how thoroughly he explains everything and how much time he takes to make sure we understand what’s going on. Our son had an accident and injured his eye while in Provo visiting family. The staff got us right in with Dr. Gardiner. Everyone was gentle and thoughtful as they provided thorough professional care. We loved Dr. Gardiner’s calm, reassuring way of communicating urgency. He got us right in with Dr. Cook’s office for further evaluation. Michelle at Dr. Cooks office explained everything so well and really went the extra mile to make sure we got the care we needed. Everyone was amazing! We are so glad we found Utah Valley Eye Center. 10/10 recommend them!

The team @ Utah Eye Center is like a well oiled machine. I felt well taken care every step of the way. Plus, Dr Christiansen is a delight to work with and very thorough.

I can't say enough good things about the Utah Valley Eye Center. I hadn't been to the eye doctor for years because I had lost my confidence in the last place I had gone to. A couple of weeks ago, my son needed to go for eye exam because he is getting prepared to go on his mission. I decided to schedule an appointment that day for me too.
