Progressive Eye Care

I have such missed feelings. My initial appointment I feel went very well. The doctor heard all my concerns, the lady helping me pick out my frames was extremely kind and patient. My second interaction however, was so different and off-putting. The lady in the front helping me was difficult to work with. I think I recited my first and last name four times before she actually listened. She went to the back a second time after finding my contacts to retrieve my frames.After that she yelled my name across the office in front of other guests in order for me ...

Such a positive experience from start to finish. I loved being able to schedule online, the front staff is so nice and helpful, the doctors are great and helped catch a major medical issue I didn't know I had, and then the people who help you find glasses are patient and helpful too. I especially appreciate Niurka at the front desk for helping follow up on a referral and then calling me back to let me know it was in for peace of mind. Would recommend this place!

This is my 3rd appointment with Dr. Hope and he continues to impress. I've been to a few eye doctors before this and they have all been awful. They don't care; They have no bedside manners; Some are outright rude. I had given up hope, but then my husband found Dr. Hope and GAVE us hope! A little cliché, I know... but in all seriousness, he is awesome. He's extremely knowledgeable. His bedside manner is topnotch. My husband is now also a patient. Thank you Dr. Hope.

I had a great experience with Dr. Schroeder! She was incredibly kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns about my old contact lenses. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the exam, and helped me find contacts that fit much better. I truly appreciate how patient and attentive she was - I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Schroeder to anyone looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares about her patients!

I brought my Son in for some contacts s few months ago and I am happy that we chose to come here,! All of the staff are very accommodating and their hard work and dedication shine through here at Progressive Eye Care. All of the ophthalmologists are very knowledgeable and take time to explain complex situations. I recently brought my youngest in for an emergency and we were able to get right in to the schedule and receive medical care right away.
