The best dang decision I've ever made was coming here. My wife and I had it on the same day and we got our eyes fixed. I now have better eye site than when I went in 20/15 like a hawk. Love it And great customer care. I recommend this place to anyone.
I had prk in both eyes in 2020, and another in 2022 just in my left eye. At the time my eye right eye was good, while my left eyes vision stayed the same. I’ve tried to see if I qualify for prk again since my ophthalmologist suggested I should because my eyes healed up really well and my vision isn’t too good. I followed their protocol and tried to use the “lifetime guarantee” they offer but was denied because my vision is “good” and they don’t see a need for prk again. My 55” tv is about 7-8 feet away from me and is very blurry, so I don’t know how they ...
I had PRK done there 7 years ago and they said the only part of my vision that should go bad because of age (I was 42) is close up, I may need reading glasses. Well, all my vision sucks. It started getting bad about a year ago. So I spent all that money for only 6 years of good vision.
Fantastic place! Love everyone working there! The consultation was very easy and fast. The actual surgery day was also an easy day, sure you're waiting for a little but they're doing multiple surgeries every hour and the wait really isn't that long maybe an hour. The actual procedure was quick, easy, painless and the surgeon and his assistant are very nice and put any anxiety at ease. Both check up appointments are very fast and they make sure you're taken care of on every end. I now see 20-15 and I couldn't be happier!
The Lasik Vision Institute in Cottonwood was AWESOME! The staff does a great job making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The office environment feels like a family. The manager Jeremy made the whole experience easy, he personally reached out to me before and after my surgery to make sure I was doing well and that I had all my questions answered. My vision is better than it's ever been in my life! I'm so happy with the results. Best decision ever!
