Everyone there explain what they are doing and tell you the results. I saw Dr Fillmore who was not my surgeon but he knew my case and was very polite and helpful and answered any question I had. Mallory Flowers was very helpful so far on scheduling my wife and I so it works out for us. Dr Draper was very attentive. During the surgery he explained to me step by step as he went, that kept me relaxed and calm. All in all it was a good experience.
From the moment you enter the offices of Eye Consultants, you are treated with professional and caring staff. I had my yearly appointment this past week and cannot say enough about everyone there. I had cataract surgery a year ago by Dr. Fillmore, which was a game changer for me. My follow-up has been with Dr. Edmonds, who is so attentive, caring, and answers all questions without being rushed. I highly recommend the practice of Eye Consultants for eye care needs.
Dr. Derzay has been our Dr for 10+ years and we return for his expertise and great chair side manner! From the front desk to the Dr to the checkout counter, awesome experience!! And Dr Fillmore did my husband’s cataract surgery… great experience as well and 12 years later still has great vision!!(Hope he will do mine too soon!!) Highly recommend Eye Consultants!!!!
My experience with Eye Consultants was great from the moment I stepped in the door. At my eye exam Dr Edmons told me I had cataracts that needed to come out. I was seen at the new surgery center in the valley and it was really nice. Everyone I have encountered has been so sweet and personable. Dr. Draper was awesome and did a great job. I can't believe how well I see now. I would definitely recommend Eye Consultants for your eye care. They're great!!!
I had been really stressed and anxious about my eye issue, but everyone at Eye Consultants was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, professional, and reassuring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me feel much more at ease. I left feeling so much better and confident that I was in good hands. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive. Shaun, Dr. Fillmore, and the other staff took the time to make sure I understood the risks, rewards, and responsibilities throughout every step of this process.
