Strongly Negative Experience - Even one star isn't deserved. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Spokane Eye Clinic. This appointment was for my 5-year-old daughter, who has Cystic Fibrosis and was starting Trikafta. I was referred by my PCP last October-ish to see a neuro-opthamologist. The clinic was supposed to call me and schedule. I have never experienced worse customer service than when attempting to schedule an eye care exam with Spokane Eye Clinic. Earlier this year the scheduling system was malfunctioning for over two months and the only means to schedule an appointment was to visit the clinic. This place baffles me. We have never been here without a 40-60 minute delay that they don't tell you about until after you arrive. You are basically held hostage because if you speak up about it they threaten that rescheduling will be months before they'll get you in again. And the cuase for the delay? Other patients from a nother doctor was rescheduled over your time. We ended up in there for 3 hours. 3 hours for an appointment that should have been less then an hour.
