I love the employees here. They are so patient with my Son who has sensory issues. They are quick servicing as well as reacting in order to get a reading before my kiddo moves. Hands down the best place I have been too and we have been to a lot and have been going here for 3 yrs now. Still love them.
I had a great experience here, but so did my 2.5 year old! It was his first eye appointment. He was able to use each of the machines and get a proper exam. I’m sure in part it is because he is fairly calm, but the staff also made it an inviting experience for him and were all extremely patient with him. I am glad he is getting practice at the eye doctor young as we expect he will need glasses during childhood. He is excited to return!
I had a great experience today. Sasha was delightful and helpful. The Tech was knowledgeable, clear and focused. Dr. Zinc was thorough and detailed, answered all my questions and did not push to sell me products I did not need.
Northwest Vision Institute is amazing. They were able to get us into a same-day appointment and truly went above and beyond with their service. Even though their schedule was full, they still found a way to squeeze in my 11-year-old. I also had my younger kids with me, and despite them being a little wild and not on their best behavior, the doctor and staff were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Thank you for being so welcoming and for taking such great care of our family!
First visit was very gratifying. Friendly and professional service. The positive attitude by the staff said that they wanted to be there and were glad to help us.
